About the Bahá’í Faith
Just over 160 years ago, a Persian nobleman named Bahá’u’lláh revealed his station as the messenger of God for this age. His teachings challenge all of humanity to rebuild society into one characterized by unity, justice, and both spiritual and material prosperity.

Here in Vaughan and around the world, friends are striving to translate Bahá’u’lláh’s vision into reality by focusing on four main collective efforts:
- contributing to the vitality of our community based on systematic study of the Word of God,
- nurturing the spiritual capacities of children,
- helping young teenagers harness their power to shape the world around them,
- cultivating a prayerful environment in our homes and neighbourhoods.
